No possession of drugs or illegal substances – immediate removal from trip, no refund.
No smoking inside any transport vehicle.
Trip cancellation by organiser: full refund to participant.
Participant cancellation policy: sliding scale refund based on notice period (to be defined by client).
Organiser liability: not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft.
Misconduct policy: immediate removal from trip, no refund.
Itinerary modification: organiser may change itinerary due to weather, road, or safety conditions.
Travel insurance: strongly recommended for all participants.
Event photo & video: organiser may use media from events for promotional purposes (with opt-out option).
Seat assignment: as per tour manager's discretion; specific seat surcharge PKR 1,000/day.
Child policy: ages 3-8 at 50% charge; under 2 free; maximum 2 per family.
Advance payment: 50% at booking, remainder at departure.
